125th Harker Memories

I was always on campus week-ends as my mother, who lived in Palo Alto, traveled for the government. For five extra merit points I could compete for Relief Orderly. His job was to close gates and check doors. This little competition taught me a lot of military trivia. From this knowledge, I won the Drill Down medal, then next year I became the ranking non-commissioned officer and graduated as senior master sergeant.
